Caesarstone

Caesarstone surfaces satisfy the exacting criteria of excellence in the original procurement of raw materials to the last excellent control test. Highly trained and skilled staff guarantee the quality of a product that’s unrivalled in the business now. The production process starts with a rigorous review of incoming raw materials. Caesarstone quartz worktops and surfaces are manufactured through an Extremely automated, yet purely monitored procedure which includes the following measures:

Feeding and blending
The raw materials (quartz, pigments and polymers) are carefully chosen, analyzed and then blended together.
The mix is then poured into a mould and shaped into slabs. It’s compressed under very large pressure (almost 100 tons psi) and vibrated at a vacuum. This eliminates all of the atmospheres and generates a surface.
Fixing –
The slabs are then transferred to the healing kiln and heated to 90°C for 45 minutes that offer the completed levels of power and solidity.
Polishing –
The slabs are gauged, calibrated and polished to a perfect end in a vast assortment of shades and layouts.
Each slab subsequently undergoes rigorous excellent testing to ensure it matches our exceptionally significant standards of colour, consistency and colour.
Tagging –
The slabs are then tagged, sorted and labelled, and input our supply system to make sure they reach our customers in excellent condition.
